"This set is one of my favorite
designs. I was inspired by the look and feel of Norman Rockwell art and the
look of Little Rascals. I also wanted a storybook/fairytale quality to the
set.
When I was photographing the set
I found it just as easy to photograph the boys as I did the girls. They
simply seemed to take ownership of the surroundings and do everything I
asked of them. It was their own wonderland in their minds. Each session was
pure fun."
"My goal when creating the set
and end image was to tell a story. I wanted the photograph to be like a
painting with a mother's child in it. I was very pleased with the results on
both sides of the LITTLE WONDER.....so were the mothers. If you
photograph kids, I feel your images should make mothers go "AWWE". If you
hear this when you show your images to the mother, then you have captured
her heart and emotion. This set and the end images did just that....it will
for you too"
